General questions
- What products do you sell? We sell a variety of phone accessories including iPhone cases, AirPods cases, iPad cases, vinyl stickers and phone charms.
- Do you have a physical store? Currently, we operate as an online store only. You can browse and purchase all of our products directly from our website.
- Where is your company located? Our head office is in Dongguan, Guangzhou, China. This office is used to process and ship orders as well as to handle return orders.
Orders & Payment
- How do I place an order? Simply browse our products through our shop add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. You can view all accepted payment options during checkout.
- How do I know if my order was placed successfully? After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or promotion folders.
- Can I cancel or modify my order? Yes, you can cancel or modify your order, but please contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours after placing your order). Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
- How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.
Shipping & Delivery
- Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries in the world, including the United States, Canada, Australia, European countries, the United Kingdom, South America, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates. - How long will it take to receive my order? Most of our orders are delivered worldwide within 8 to 15 business days. However, delivery times can vary depending on various factors. We have provided a list of countries with estimated delivery times on our shipping information page for your reference.
- What shipping carriers do you use? Our orders are shipped worldwide from China using standard and trackable shipping companies. Once the orders reach the destination country, they are handed over to local carriers for final delivery.
- What is the cost of shipping? The standard shipping fee is $5.00.
- Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes? No, customers do not need to pay any customs fees or taxes for the received package. For orders shipped to European countries, all customs fees, taxes, and VAT are covered by our company. For orders to other regions, any applicable customs fees, taxes, and import duties are included in the price, so you won’t have to pay additional costs upon delivery.
- What should I do if my order is delayed? We understand that customers expect to receive their orders as quickly as possible, and we do our best to deliver them on time. However, various factors can cause delays in the delivery process, including incorrect addresses, local post issues, customs delays, and weather conditions. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have not received your order within 35 days of placing it, so we can follow up on the issue.
- What should I do if my order is not delivered? If 35 days have passed since you placed your order and you still haven’t received your package, please email us so we can investigate the issue. If we discover that the delivery failure is due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by you, we are not responsible. In such cases, we can only offer to resend the order to the correct address. However, if we find that the order was not delivered for reasons other than the shipping address, we can either resend the order or issue a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
- What is your return policy? If you need to return items due to size issues, unmet expectations, or loss of interest, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return by emailing us. We will provide you with the shipping address for our China office, but please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. - What is the time frame for returns? You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. Please note that if we receive your request after this period, it will not be possible to return the product to us.
- Will I receive a full refund for my return? Yes, you will receive a full refund from us except for the shipping cost you paid for the return. (We will cover the shipping cost if your order is delivered to you incorrectly or damaged)
- What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect item? We offer two options: a full refund or resending your order at no additional cost.
- Can I exchange a received item? Generally, No! we do not offer exchanges. However, if the issue was on our end (e.g., you received something other than what you purchased or the product was damaged), we will resend your order at no additional cost.
